A governed-access layer between DPP providers and industry users
Providers register DPP metadata
DPP providers such as the NMIS DPP Platform send their registry metadata to RVRC Hub. The Hub indexes identifiers and search data. It never holds the full DPP.
Users discover DPPs
Signed-in users search registered DPPs, view public metadata, and find products to remanufacture, repair or recycle.
Access is requested, approved and audited
Users request access to restricted variables. Data owners review, approve or reject requests. Approved grants are recorded, signed assertions are issued and all actions are audited.

Governed access
Every request for restricted data is tracked. Data owners review, approve or reject access. Grants are time-limited and revocable.
Provider-hosted DPPs
Restricted values stay with the provider. When access is approved, data moves directly from the provider's node to the requester. The Hub never carries restricted payloads.

RVRC Hub is a governance, discovery and control plane. Passports stay under each operator's control. RVRC Hub is not affiliated with the European Commission's DPP Registry.
Full audit trail
