Metadata registry
A metadata registry for Digital Product Passports
RVRC Hub is a registry for Digital Product Passports. Providers register their DPP metadata here so others can search it, find the products they need, and request access to restricted data. The passports themselves stay with the providers — the Hub is an index, not a data store.

How RVRC Hub works
A governed-access layer between DPP providers and industry users
Providers register DPP metadata
DPP providers such as Made2Verify send their registry metadata to RVRC Hub. The Hub indexes identifiers and search data — never the full DPP.
Users discover DPPs
Signed-in users search registered DPPs, view public metadata, and find products to remanufacture, repair or recycle.
Access is requested, approved and audited
Users request access to restricted variables. Data owners review, approve or reject requests. Approved grants are recorded, signed assertions are issued and all actions are audited.
Built for
Value-retention industries
DPP metadata exchange wherever products are remanufactured, repaired, reused or recycled.
Aerospace remanufacturing
Track gearboxes, engine modules and avionics across their service life, and check a part's passport before it arrives for remanufacture.
Industrial machinery
Share maintenance, material and repair histories for heavy equipment without exposing proprietary process data to every party in the chain.
Batteries & EV
Meet EU Battery Passport requirements — state-of-health, chemistry and supply-chain data, all searchable in one place.
Electronics
Support repair, reuse and material recovery with controlled access to restricted manufacturing and composition data.
Why RVRC Hub
Built for trust and transparency
Controlled, auditable access to Digital Product Passport metadata.
A central index of passports
RVRC Hub lists every Digital Product Passport in one place — who owns it and where to find it. Think of it as a catalogue: it points to each passport rather than holding it.
Governed access
Every request for restricted data is tracked. Data owners review, approve or reject access. Grants are time-limited and revocable.
Provider-hosted DPPs
Restricted values stay with the provider. When access is approved, RVRC Hub fetches authorised data using a signed grant assertion.
EU-aligned registry pattern
RVRC Hub follows the EU DPP central registry model under ESPR Articles 13 and 14.
Full audit trail
Every access request, approval, grant, fetch event and administrative action is recorded in an append-only audit log.
Cross-provider discovery
Search DPPs from every participating provider through a single registry.
Two ways to participate
Whether you hold product data or need it
Use cases
Why organisations participate
How organisations across the value chain use the registry.
For manufacturers
Register your Digital Product Passports once. The registry indexes every product by its unique identifier, responsible economic operator, and commodity code — so the value chain can discover what you make, without exposing proprietary product data.
